I grew up bouncing between “just a punk in the streets” and rock & roll tour buses. I’ve shot in stadiums, on sidewalks, backstage, on stage and in more than a few places I probably wasn’t supposed to be. I’ve lived a dozen lives behind a lens in the past decade.

But this? This was different. No big crew. No stage. Just trust, pressure, and a camera.

One icon. One chance to get it right.

I flew in with 18 hours notice, slept 4, shot for 2, edited in a hoodie at the airport on no sleep and walked out with what you see.

To be asked to document this day, not the show, but the build-up, the energy, the humanity and have that run in Harper’s f*cking Bazaar? Wild!!! A fashion magazine. Way out of my comfort zone. And exactly where I needed to be.

So I’ll just say this:
