Starting this September, I’m guiding a small, donation-based coaching circle (10 people or fewer) rooted in parts work and inner child healing — a gentle and powerful path to reconnecting with yourself.

Each week, we’ll explore the inner landscape of your mind and heart:

* The protectors that keep you safe
* The parts that carry old wounds
* The calm, compassionate Self that can hold it all with love

She never took hand outs and always quietly shuffled money around to ensure I had everything I needed. So it is humbling now to open our lives up and ask for help but I believe in community and I believe now more than ever, that the people closest to us are all we have.
