Opening the evening on Friday we have Float Radio, a new musical project we’ve been quietly working on and are very excited to finally share.

Bringing together @anaamaier and @superuser____, the duo finds common ground by a shared approach to sound, one that leans on pacing, restraint, and attention to detail. A pull towards the aquatic sits at the core of this collaboration which finds its way into their music, not necessarily as a theme but as a way of moving.

Float Radio is, in a way, a space for that kind of transmission; sounds held lightly, drifting and finding their place without being fixed.

This will be the first time the project is presented live, starting at 19:00 sharp, opening for Margaux Gazur.

See you at the Unitarian Church this Friday.

We've been away for a while, but only because we were on a quest. As Mindfares grew, so did its need for a visual representation that could embody its message and spirit. We are happy to have found it and share it with you.

We would also like to announce that Mindfares is now evolving into a record label. The first release is due in a few months and will be revealed soon. We're beyond excited to put original, locally sourced music out into the world.

Due to the stormy clouds forecast for this evening, we've decided to move the Mindfares x PW get together two days forward, on Saturday from 18:00.

We were pretty gutted at first but, looking at the bright side of things, Saturday looks to be an even better fit for the carefree kickback we had in mind — weekend will be in full swing, the weather looks just right and we will be rolling smoothly right into the OTG 10 Years showcase with XDB & Onirik, planned at PW from 23:00. The perfect warm-up, really.

We have an interesting one coming up. Forward-thinking and experimental leaning platform Mindfares is doing a show on the terrace. It's an intimate sit-down affair ran by friends who love the fuck out of music and prioritize mood over everything else. Laid back, no pressure, all feeling.

@te_doare is returning to PW for the occasion to set the mood with a few choice records while @aburelius gears up to perform a set comprised of, but not limited to, material from his upcoming vinyl record on the @mindfares imprint, 'Natura EP', set to come out end of August. It's a multi-layered set with live keys, guitars and an assortment of other instrumentations drawing from ambient, trip hop, post rock and the deeper corners of dance music — a heartfelt and reflective trip that should feel right at home washing over the terrace on a warm summer night.

Label founder @superuser____ rounds everything off with appropriate digs from a bag that runs deep.
