Those antenna arrays are looking sus to my trained eye… I hope I’m not showing anything classified here, but I mean, the facility is literally named “Vernadsky” and it’s sitting out there in Antarctica... So if I were the Ukrainian deep state, I’d absolutely be deploying phased-array directed-energy scalar interferometer and longitudinal wave systems and ionospheric heaters there to cook up some neat noospheric frescoes: informational sigils etched directly into the noosphere. In the old Soviet PSI legacy programs, an unnamed research institute in Sukhumi supposedly had another word for them: “химеры” (“chimeras”)… aka noospheric tattoos. Same thing really.
