For the Kempinski Staff Excellence Awards, which also marked the hotel’s 10th anniversary, the brief wasn’t just to light a room it was to shape an experience.

We designed the space with intention, curated the lighting to set the mood, and mapped the LED screens to celebrate a decade of excellence while framing every moment of recognition.

Every detail was considered, because excellence deserves to be seen and felt.
