Party update 🚨

Unfortunately the government’s weather manipulation program appears to be fully active again this weekend 🌧️🛰️

Despite their continued efforts to stop independent music and rooftop gatherings, we will be moving ahead as planned.

If the skies cooperate, we’ll be upstairs on the roof all evening soaking in the sunset. If the rain gets too aggressive, we’ll activate the backup plan and move downstairs into Honey’s indoor room.

Either way, the party is happening.

Artist introductions for this Saturday at Honey’s Rooftop continue with Jay York.

Jay York is a New York-based dj and producer whose discography is representative of his many layers as an artist. From hypnotic bass-driven beats to airy electro grooves, and everything in between, he does not surrender to one label. But he does have his own. His co-founded label, Toca has now had three releases and the name means touch in Spanish, stemming from Jay York’s mixed Puerto Rican and Mexican background.

You can find him playing across seas or in a hidden New York warehouse. He’s toured with Richie Hawtin and has played festivals such as Detroit’s Movement Festival and Minneapolis’ The Great Beyond. He’s also played notable clubs like New York’s Basement, Berlin’s Renate and recently had his own label night at Madrid’s LFO.

Each performance becomes a transportive journey through space, time, and raw emotion.

VEZ is a NYC-based electronic artist whose sound blends the groove of his Italian roots with the raw edge of the underground. Growing up between Italy and NYC he was raised on 90s house and progressive sounds, shaping his deep connection to music and community. Having spent years immersed in the underground scene, he’s developed a deep and wide-ranging knowledge of electronic music, which he channels into genre-fluid sets drawing from techno, house and everything in between. A resident of Boston’s Infra collective, VEZ plays with instinct and emotion, creating deep, driving journeys that connect with the crowd in any setting.

Thank you to everyone who was present at the first edition of NO NAME.

It was a true pleasure to begin this Concept in the right way, alongside our invited artist @border.one , resident at @fusebrussels , who delivered an extraordinary set for those who experienced it.

His work with respected labels such as @kriztoken Records, @sk_eleven_11 , and Border One Records reflects a strong commitment to sound, identity, and artistic direction !!

It means a lot to have shared this moment with all of you who were part of this first edition. It shows that you believe in sound, and that you are open to discovering more intimate and meaningful musical experiences.

We also want to be honest building a Concept like this is emotional, but also challenging and risky. In a time where most people expect to see lineups and names, choosing not to reveal them goes against the norm.

But that is exactly the point !!

This is about educating the ear encouraging a deeper way of listening, and bringing together people who are truly connected to the essence of music, It is also a way of supporting the labels that shape identity in electronic music. These labels represent a vision, a direction, and a level of quality that goes beyond the individual artist.

For those who understand the culture, recognizing a label is often enough to imagine the kind of experience that will unfold. The moment you see where an artist is connected, you already understand the level of depth that will be present in the booth !! 👁️👂🏾

What we experienced that night was special. You could feel it in the room a community of ravers who are not just present, but aware, curious, and open !!

We are proud of you.
