La Emulsión tiene sus raíces en los peligros y las dichas de las relaciones románticas profundas, en el intento denodado de combinarse, de fundirse en una sola entidad; es observar cómo el propio deseo regresa y arriba tras surcar aguas turbulentas.
Desde el punto de vista científico, las emulsiones aportan textura, sabor y sensaciones en boca; son agentes empleados para estabilizar mezclas, reducir las tensiones superficiales y evitar que líquidos, que de otro modo serían inmiscibles, terminen por separarse.
La emulsión aspira a integrar un líquido dentro del otro, recubriendo cada partícula y manteniéndola en suspensión a escala microscópica, alcanzando así un estado de unidad que resulta casi —si no idéntico, al menos sumamente próximo— a la fusión total.

Emulsion is rooted in the perils and joys of deep romantic relations, trying
with might to combine, to become one, watching your desire return and arrive over choppy waters.
Scientifically, emulsions provide texture, flavor, and mouthfeel, they are agents used to stabilize mixtures,
reduce surface tensions, and are an attempt from preventing otherwise immiscible liquids from separating.
Emulsion aims to break one liquid into the other by coating each particle and suspending it on a
microscopic level, almost, if not very very close, to oneness.
