Most people think the hard part is learning to walk again but no one talks about the maintenance behind it. Sweat, volume changes, hygiene, backup towels in my bag at all times!It’s an essential routine just to make sure everything stays secure and comfortable.

Phantom pain happens because the brain still has a “map” of the missing limb. It affects many amputees and can lessen with a healthy lifestyle, hydration and desensitizing the limb! My brain however is just waiting to be updated. What questions do you have!
