NGLCC’s Biz Pitch Competition will be returning to this year’s International Business & Leadership Conference (August 19-22 in Las Vegas, NV), and the application to pitch your business, product, or a new innovation is NOW OPEN! 

Finalist companies will be selected to participate on stage at conference and give their best 5-minute pitch before the conference plenary audience while gaining valuable feedback from an expert panel of judges. The winner of the NGLCC Biz Pitch will receive a prize package worth $50,000, including $25,000 in cash and $25,000 in business support services. 
 
If you are interested in participating in the 2025 NGLCC Biz Pitch Competition, please complete and submit the application form (link in our stories) no later than Thursday July 10 at 11:59pm PT. Please note, past finalists of the NGLCC Biz Pitch are not eligible to apply again.

Through reflections on identity, visibility, and inclusion, this session will highlight how psychological safety, cultural pride, and presence can drive business success and empower visionary leadership in the LGBTQ and allied community.
