José Fraire, mejor conocido como Nesstrak, es un productor de Ciudad Juarez, Chih., con una carrera de más de 10 años en la música electrónica.
Miembro del colectivo Lowers desde sus inicios (2010’s). Demostró un estilo influenciado por la música Bass, especialmente del Reino Unido, al igual que el Movimiento 140 y el Dubstep. Aunque este último se ha popularizado en la escena mainstream, Nesstrak conserva la esencia underground del género.
