Fit haul from the Swip & Swap I hosted with @unisoncoffee.co and @boodlefightsd over the weekend! Sun was shining, energy was high, iced drinks kept us cool, and smiles all around—a perfect day! My closet is pretty colorful so it’s nice to have more neutrals again.

Thank you to all our friends and collaborators who helped make this day possible I can’t praise you enough.

• Get Ready With Us as we're less than a week away from SUMMER SIP AND SWAP!

✨Here's how to swap on Aug 2nd, 10-2pm

👗👕Bring your previously loved articles of apparel in need of a new home, and pick up some new pieces to expand your wardrobe.

👜🧢 We welcome a wide variety of apparel and accessories, including jewelry, hats, scarves, bags, or that special item in the back of your closet that you don’t quite know what to do with!

🫶🏽 Should there be leftover apparel, we will be donating to a few local non-profits that benefit our low-income and unhoused community. Some of those organizations include:

- Rachel's Women's Center
- @luckyduckfoundation
- @streetsofhopesd

We encourage you to donate items to these places if you have excess apparel!

Lately 🌻 I lay here weeping in awe at the mysteries of life. In reverence of the love that I hold for all the connections I’ve made. For the delicious joy and deep pain of existence. For the paradox of it all—the surprises and synchronicities, the unfairness, the choices you’re asked to make, all in service of some divine test meant to illuminate your deepest desires and challenge the commitment you made to be wholly true to yourself. I laugh at the simple and absurd truth: that abundance is within grasp if you can only allow yourself to take the chance.

I release sweet tears for the way life unfolds when you say yes to the moment—then for the inevitable goodbyes that make your heart ache. For the hope of something more, beneath stones yet unturned. For new paths to walk on dewy earth. For the chitter of birds that soothe your soul, and the rustle of leaves from sturdy trees that say, we’re here with you.

I cry for friendship; the belly laughs and the growing pains. For outward adventure, for inward discovery, and the cycles that always seem to lead you back home to yourself.

If you made it this far, thank you for receiving my vulnerability. Let me gently land here, with you, releasing shaky, satisfying breath. Heartbeats synced, caressing the moment, stretching time as we sink into the infinite.

Second hand trip 👁 with @auntie.pinot

Lately I’m learning how to stay gentle; to float in the breeze, even when it’s more like a gust. I’m making friends with my shadow and holding her hand through discomfort. Together we say, “Yes, bring me," and trust the re-route with an exhale of surrender. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Meeting yourself is a lifelong adventure. Stay curious, laugh a lot, and discover YOU through new perspectives. I wish I could show you that you’re so much more than you could ever imagine. ☀️

A kindred fellow caught me in a moment of spiritual integration, in which I was trying to take in the greatness of the space before me. This place felt like a gift that I wanted to hold within my heart. I lay back to anchor into the mountain beneath me and watched a bird fly across the heaven above me.

Over the weekend, I had a deeply emotional and spiritual experience. I’m fortunate to be integrating lessons from that into my life, during this adventure trip.

Everything right before and after last weekend has been downright blissful serendipity. Or maybe I’m just feeling more deeply into the present, and finally internalizing true gratitude for meaningful moments of connection in my life as they happen.

Like all the wonderful people I met on the way up this behemoth, bonding through our struggle, breathing sighs of joy and elation at the beautiful trail’s end, and reveling in the photos we were taking.

There was a person meditating and playing ceremony music so I decided to ride that vibe. Coincidentally I found that he (and his friends) were on mushies. 😂 The plants must have been calling me.

They were giggling and vibing high in their own world. Instead of being bothered by their music and noise, that energy was infectious to me. To my utter surprise they made it down the chains shortly after us, and we ran behind them them through the canyon like wild children.

Faced some physical fears that echoed my mental ones from the weekend that brought everything home full circle.

As long as I keep saying “yes” to life and surrender to the feeling, I’m gonna be more than okay.

There’s beauty in subtlety if you’re curious enough to catch it, aware enough to feel it, present enough to appreciate it.

Otherwise you might step on it.

How many small, beautiful things do we fail to recognize daily? Maybe we’ll never really know... it’s kind of bittersweet.
