「我只是覺得，身邊很多人都有（情緒問題），但原來我也有嗎？」

一次失聲，不只影響到陳奕迅（Eason）的巡迴演唱會，更揭示一個他不以為意的問題：焦慮症。

回望那段日子，Eason坦言，響起警號的不只是聲帶和身體，也包括自己的情緒。「我經常感到體內彷彿有東西在頂着 ，好像要很用力呼吸，才能（舒緩不適）。而且有一晚 ，我發現自己在入睡前，忽然有一個很負面的想法：『如果我今晚一睡不起該怎麼辦？』」

面對潛藏了一段時間的情緒問題，Eason起初感到疑惑，後來慢慢接受，一邊接受治療，一邊向妻子和經理人傾訴，一步步放下過份的擔憂。

身為過來人的Eason說，要走出情緒低谷，其中一件事是要向合適的人求助：「因為不是每個人都能這樣明白你的情況，如果你向任何人都傾訴，有時會有反效果，你會不斷重複。當你重複說了一百遍，你的（焦慮感）可能比之前更強。」除此之外，也要接觸多點，了解多點：「就好像歌詞所說，『不要忌諱赤裸。』」
