✨ It’s time to announce our very first Workshops at Milan Pole Dance Luxembourg ✨

We will be welcoming the magnificent and International Pole Star Kheanna Walker 😍💪🏼.

Kheanna Walker is an international pole artist and instructor based in Montreal, Canada. She has performed with Snoop Dogg 4 times, was featured in London Fashion Week, Dragon’s Den, the Montreal Burlesque Festival and Burning Man.

She will be blessing us with 2 amazing Workshops:

💪Dynamic Basework💪:

Learn some of Kheanna’s signature basework tricks, sequences and transitions. In this workshop, you will only be using the lower third of the pole - think handstand tricks, dynamic movements and crowd-pleasing drops.

Level: Beginner+

ℹ️Heels are recommended and knee pads requiredℹ️

💃Spin Flow, Tricks & Combos💃:

Kheanna’s passion for spin pole runs deep, because this style of pole was her first love.

In this Workshop, you will learn some of Kheanna’s signature spin tricks and combos that will improve your strength, body awareness and flexibility.

You will learn stunning entries, trending transitions and Insta-worthy shapes. Get ready to break a sweat and leave the studio glowing! 🌟

Let me present myself, I am Selena owner of Milan Pole Dance Luxembourg and I was born and raised in Luxembourg 🇱🇺

At 16, I made the decision to move to Rome, Italy where I finished High School. However, after that I wanted more. I wanted to discover the world, to meet new cultures, to broaden my perception of the world 🌍

I then moved to Montreal, Canada where I graduated in Political Science and proceeded my Masters degree in Singapore in International Security Strategy 🎓

Singapore is where I first started Pole Dancing at Milan Pole Dance Studio. But little did I know that years after moving back from Singapore to Luxembourg I would have found myself collaborating with the most amazing studio in the world where I found a beautiful and supportive community ❤️✨

After a very difficult turning point in my professional career and private life, and having to go through sexism and discrimination, I decided to leave my job and create a safe space where people could come to have fun, get stronger and most importantly find a supportive and accepting community 💪💃

At MPDS, we encourage an inclusive, diverse and respectful community where all members of any gender, culture, age, background and body type come together to discover this amazing sport 🫶

I speak Luxembourgish, French, German, Italian, English and a bit of Spanish, so don’t hesitate to contact me in case of any questions 💕

Last time I was preparing a class and tried adapt a combo sent by a student from the amazing @cha_vole & I came up with this super nice transition into bow and arrow.

I am sure I have not invented this transition but I had never seen it before and it is soo fun to do😍💪🏼
