Our first Love Yourself Out Loud event reminded us why Ray of Light LA exists.

To create safe spaces.
To normalize mental health conversations.
To feed the body and inspire the mind.

This month, we celebrated Black History by honoring food, community, and mental wellness in our culture. We provided free groceries as a symbol of support, soul food by @mostplayerplates made with love, and a beautiful kids space for learning and self-expression.

And the flower bar… a reminder that you don’t have to wait for anyone else to give you your flowers.
