To kick off the new year, I decided to give my website a little makeover.

The previous version dated back to 2022. While I still liked the minimalist direction I had taken, the site didn’t quite reflect the diversity of my work. I needed a platform that could showcase my typography work alongside my art direction and web design projects.

I kept the same dense layout as before, featuring a zoom-on-hover system to provide a quick overview of every project—inspired by YouTube’s video preview feature. However, I’ve enhanced the system to allow for a mix of images and videos, and I added dedicated project pages to better showcase the visuals.

Inspired by the sans-serif faces of the late 19th century, most notably Miller & Richard’s Grotesque No. 1 and H. W. Caslon’s Doric Series, Baudricourt carries forward their spirit while asserting its own voice. Its fluid forms and bold terminations give the family a distinctive expressiveness that sets it apart.
