I am so excited to be back on Dancing with the Stars 2026 after an incredible year of quality time with our little Lando!! ♥️

I have missed being in the rehearsal studios and in the ballroom and cannot wait to get back out there. 💃

I am so proud of what my body has been able to do - grow and carry a baby, give birth and now get back into dancing mode. So grateful and blessed to be able to call dancing my job. 🥰

Honestly, this one means a lot.

Becoming a mum changed everything. My body, my mindset, my sense of self. There were days I didn't recognise myself and days I realised that was actually okay. Because growth isn't always comfortable. Sometimes it looks like starting over. Sometimes it looks like building something completely new.
Movement has been my anchor through all of it. As a professional dancer I've spent my whole life in my body but motherhood taught me to actually listen to it. To rest when I needed to. To push when I was ready. To stop comparing who I am now to who I was before.
What I know for certain is this, you can still become the best version of yourself. A different version. A stronger, softer, wiser version. We never stop growing and we should never stop trying.
That belief is at the core of everything we're building at @houseofmotion.ni - a space for people to move, grow and feel good in whatever chapter they're in.

Three weeks out from opening on Lisburn Road, Belfast and moments like this remind me exactly why we're doing it.

What started as little dance dreams turned into a career I’m so grateful for. ♥️
Becoming a professional dancer, performing on one of the biggest TV shows in Ireland, creating opportunities through dance, building our own dance studio and getting to work alongside my husband every day. 🌟

Somewhere in between the rehearsals, photoshoots, competitions, travel, long days and all the hard work, we built a life together and became parents to our little boy too.

Dance gave me so much more than I ever imagined and I’ll never stop being grateful for that. 🤍
