Good times battling against Jiggz at Cypher Adikts this past weekend. I love battling folks who push me and this man right here was the perfect opponent. It's been some time now that I got the impression that folks thought I was biting one of his moves. So I thought to myself…… let me see 👀! In all honesty, I had no idea we did the same move. My mentors would never allow me to take from anyone. I heard the background on where he got the inspiration for his, and the inspiration for mine came from Bboy Stunts. In the end, I just chalk it up to coincidence and I feel we both bring our own flavor to anything we do. If not, all good. I’ve already flipped it a few different ways so I got you! ;)
For real tho, I have A LOT of respect for Jiggz and what he brings into this dance/culture. His approach, mentality and all around raw energy is what makes and keeps this fun! He’s a proud NY Cat and I’m a proud LA Woman. Both reppin’ our coasts to the fullest in our own way. Much love!
