Two singles from the Studio 'West Coast' era now find their way back online, both crucial to understanding the original sound: No Comply (2006) and Life’s A Beach! (2007).

The album standout “Life’s A Beach!” started out as a weird loop in the studio, with Eric from The Tough Alliance asking, “What the hell is this weirdness?” after hearing an early draft. The song eventually evolved into a longer story to fit the record's theme, featuring live bass and heavily edited guitar melodies. Both Prins Thomas and Todd Terje liked the song, reached out, and wanted to remix it. The 12" was hand-in-glove with the disco-centric mood around 2006–2008. Still sounding heavenly, a divine moment to remember.

Our house font: Ghostly Gothic (GI-300) is a refined grotesque with a quiet edge, rooted in early sans-serif traditions and gently sharpened by the formal grace of copperplate influences.

Originally drawn by @michaelcina at the behest of Ghostly International, it was designed to carry both identity and atmosphere, adapting fluidly across evolving brand systems with a tone that’s steady, assured, and unmistakably present.
