My mission is to make art that not only looks good, but also provides a therapeutic, mood-enhancing experience for the observer.

The forms of my sculptures are based on sacred geometry patterns found in nature that have been proven to have a calming effect.

I integrate concealed LEDs that project coloured light across the pieces. The lighting is controlled by specially designed electronics that enable the creation of animated sequences, as well as the ability to transform sound frequencies into proportional light frequencies. This audio-visual correlation, when combined with the geometric forms of the sculptures, creates a hypnotic, immersive experience that puts you into a relaxing trance almost immediately, thereby relieving stress and improving wellbeing.

This sculpture detects sound via an integrated precision microphone and then converts the sound frequencies into proportional frequencies of coloured light.

The lowest frequencies (bass notes) are displayed as red because red has the lowest frequency of coloured light. As the frequency of the sensed sound increases (and the notes get higher), the colour of the displayed light progresses through the colour spectrum accordingly, going up to violet and magenta at the highest end of the frequency range.

This audio-visual correlation, when combined with the fractal forms of the sculpture, creates a hypnotic, immersive experience that puts you into a relaxing trance.
