Coming off birth control and wondering what happens next? 💊

There are lots of options when it comes to birth control. Your trying to conceive journey off birth control - from how quickly you could get pregnant to when your period will return – will depend on what you’ve been using.

For example, with the pill, patch, or ring, fertility can return quickly after stopping, while methods like the injection may take longer to wear off.

As your body gets used to its new groove off birth control - you may experience heavier, lighter, longer, shorter, or irregular periods. You also may experience new or more severe PMS symptoms - and some people notice changes in s*x drive 🌶️

The most important thing is to make sure you chat with a doctor. Everyone is different, so it’s important to make a plan that suits your health history and goals.
