At East Coast Jiu-Jitsu, we welcome children as young as 5 years old!

Our kids’ program is designed to build a strong athletic foundation that benefits them in any sport or activity they choose in the future. Through structured, age-appropriate classes, your child will develop coordination, balance, confidence, and resilience.

And here’s the best part: even if six months down the line they decide to try something new, they haven’t lost a thing. The skills they gain here—how to move well, stay disciplined, and work hard—will carry over into whatever they pursue next.

We focus on teaching them to move well first and defend themselves second—because strong fundamentals create confident, capable kids both on and off the mats.
