We’ve been fans of @datenightstudio since they quietly landed on Marrickville’s Addison Road last year. Known for their wildly romantic, maximalist arrangements and explosive colour palettes, the studio has quickly become one of Sydney’s most distinctive floral voices—most recently crafting the blooms for @nicolandford’s @afcaustralianfashionweek show at Elizabeth Bay House.
We decided to catch up with Luemma, one half of the studio’s creative duo, to talk through the inspiration behind the arrangements, queer collaborations and why fashion and flowers have always made perfect sense together.
