Here’s to change — It’s scary. It’s unknown.

But the thought of expansion, the idea of limitless potential when we CHOOSE TO BELIEVE it exists is much more fulfilling (and way more exciting) than staying safe and small and comfortable. Then not choosing to TRY and grow. Then not choosing to ‘fail forward’.

I was on a hiatus. For many reasons. From lots of change. I was hurting deep inside.

As much as I gained in the last few years… oh did I lose a lot too, in all areas of my life.

I was resisting accepting this. I didn’t want to allow the truth to be what it was because it wasn’t what I had imagined. It wasn’t what I had been dreaming of.

Of course we all know what it’s like to be in this phase of life. The never ending challenges - the cycle until we finally take our power back and say “You know what, I think it’s time to change.”

The moment I did this. I fully accepted and surrendered to the truth that was in my heart and that filled my life… oh did the sweetness, the softness, the natural abundance of life danced so graciously and with so much ease right into my hands and into my heart.

I quickly realized the loss that I had undergone created so much space in my life for what was truly aligned to start filling the pages of this new story. The magic flowed freely to me again without any effort or thought.

I pray for those hearts that are in this moment of resistance to surrender. To trust. To let go and just see what happens. I pray that you find your flow.

A story of deep self-exploration through my 20’s is on the brink of being shared.

The lessons.
The wisdom.
The challenges.
The abundance.
The loss.
The overcoming.

This story will be shared with purpose. With intention. With love.

To guide and hold and support others who are navigating change and feeling disconnected to self because for too long they were following the ways of society and their family. They forgot about themself.

A story of how learning to become more selfish resulted in greater selflessness.

This video from my brother @hamimes_ and our time at @the.o.surflodge was truly something unforgettable.

What I’ve really been searching for is freedom . . .

🌎 Freedom from a lot of physical and material things. This is what my conscious attention was on as I chose to live an alternative path as an entrepreneur on the other side of the world from where I was raised throughout my 20’s.

👁️ But through continued self-reflection I’ve grown aware of this internal freedom from my old story and unwanted belief systems that my subconscious has actually been seeking.

🏠 The reason for the initiation of this exploration in the first place. When I was 18 years old and essentially ran away from the structure / place I called home and the habits / thoughts that became instilled in me in this environment, this space.

🌚 I craved something completely different. I associated that with freedom. However now I recognize what that part of my journey was all about. To teach me. To break me. To open me up so I could let go and start again like my subconscious had always wanted me to.

💫 Now I’m fully aware that I get to choose what I believe in and what I do not. That is ultimate freedom.
