Yoni is most in his element deep in a workshop — going to the floor, understanding what's really happening in a process, and working with the team to get to true root cause. "I thrive in a fast-paced environment where we test ideas and implement solutions together in real time. That combination of hands-on problem solving, collaboration, and visible progress is where I do my best work."

His team runs the same way. "We ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, and stay grounded in what actually works. We learn fast together and stay focused on turning ideas into real results."

And his personal style? Curious, direct, and optimistic. "I ask a lot of questions, I like to move quickly, and I genuinely enjoy helping people grow. The best solutions usually come from open conversations and mutual trust."
