I’m thrilled to have received this vinyl edition of the original soundtrack for Bi Gan’s film *Resurrection* in the mail—a project I had the privilege of collaborating on, composing and producing for @m83music alongside a team of talented friends, @joemarcelberry @villeneuve_ @corentinappar @lunettes_oo @adrienpallot and many others… ( some old friends from the music conservatory playing in the orchestra ! )

It’s always a great honor to contribute to M83’s discography and to work on projects as inspiring and deep as Bi Gan’s cinema. I’m going to put this album right next to its big brother « A Necessary Escape » (and not far from its cousin) while I wait for the next one in the series...

🌀Toujours reconnaissant et heureux de pouvoir contribuer à la discographie de mes deux amis d’enfance, poète, rappeurs, musiciens @bigfloetoli et ceux à côté d’une équipe également constitué d’amis très chers et partenaire de l’aventure « La Taniere » @lunettes_oo au mix @leofaubert à la prod et @leo.bouloumie à la prod.

Un immense bravo également à @nemirnems @prodbyezis_ , @jalam_88 , @jiddybruh pour les travaux, l’énergie, et les moments inoubliables .

Ce disque est la rennaissance du projet, un cap, un disque fabriqué dans l’illusion d’une mixtape sans pression, faisant abstraction des attentes extérieurs en remettant donc au centre le plaisir de fabriquer de la musique ensemble. Mais enfait c’était un album.. et quel album.

J’ai eu la chance de participer à la compo et prod des titres  Karma, 44d, le goût du sel et remontada.
Mais j’ai aussi eu le privilège d’écrire la préface du livre qui accompagne ce nouveau disque.
J’espère que vous aurais autant de plaisir a découvrir le projet que nous avons eu à le fabriquer. « …KARMA, KARMa, KARma, KArma, Karma, karma…. »

The Dakar documentary willl be in the movie theater next week, and the Bi Gan movie won a Special Prize in Cannes 🙌.
