BIG NEWS! We’ve been dreaming of this one... ChappyWrap is officially at @nordstrom, online and in select store locations now ✨ Follow along with our Creative Specialist, Leila, as she heads to Nordstrom at Pentagon City in Arlington, VA to see it in real life. ✨
Meet Drake, our COO and busy dad of three! Whether he’s tackling school drop-offs or embracing weekend chaos, he’s always on the go, and so is our brand-new Daytripper Blanket. From concerts to beach days, it does it all.
Have you experienced the Daytripper yet? It’s everything an outdoor blanket should be: incredibly soft, durable, and ready to go wherever you do.

I gave birth to my first daughter 2 weeks after relaunching ChappyWrap. She came more than 4 weeks early, we weren’t prepared, and the business, my first baby, still needed every ounce of me. I suddenly found myself answering customer emails, talking with our warehouse team and fixing bugs on our brand-new website from the hospital bed. I have quite literally never known motherhood without this business also standing front and center in my life.
In the years since, I’ve found myself in countless similar situations. I’ve run meetings, conducted interviews and made hard decisions with a baby strapped to my chest. I’ve squeezed bank meetings and partner pitches and contract negotiations into nap times. I’ve sacrificed strategy sessions for sick days and soccer games – sometimes the other way around. I’ve felt like a failure, for both my babies and my business, more times than I can count.
But I’ve also learned that I’m not a failure. None of us are. The truth is, moms were never meant to carry all of this alone. The expectations are impossible, the pressure constant, and the balancing act never really ends. And yet, every day, mothers show up anyway. We do so because we’re resilient, resourceful, and relentless in our love – for our families, our work, and the lives we’re trying to build. There’s no such thing as perfect balance or clean separation. Just the constant, imperfect, beautiful, messy blending of both.
At Chappy, we’re working hard to build something different. A place where ambition and motherhood aren’t at odds, where parents are supported in showing up for their kids and for their team, where the invisible weight so many moms carry every day is seen, supported, and no longer carried alone. A place where you don’t have to choose between being present at home and being successful at work – because we all deserve to be both.
To every mom out there doing the impossible every day: I see you. You are not failing, you are redefining what’s possible. Happy Mother’s Day to the doers, the fixers, the boo-boo kissers, the superheroes. So proud of all of us, especially these rockstar ones on team Chappy! Couldn’t do this, all of it, without you ❤️
