Q: What time do you and your staff start baking?
A: 4:00 a.m.!
Q: Bent Fork best seller?
A: Hoho's, cakes, chocolate chip cookies, and scones :)
Q: Liz, your favorite pie flavor?
A: My personal favorite is fresh peach-blueberry
Q: What recipes, if any, are heirloom?
A: Many! But my fav is our ginger molasses cookies form his grandma who passed at 110.
Q: What's something that would surprise people about Bent Fork?
A: We started in our 30's, and now in our 60's, I hope that surprises people
that we still have crazy energy and love what we do. Many of our staff have been with us over 18 years!
Q: Butter or shortening?
A: Butter, all day, everyday, we go through at least 500 lbs a week!
Q: Do you make gluten-free options?
A: Yes! menu online has cookies, breakfast, brownies, cakes and cupcakes.
Q: Custom requests?
A: Always! We love to do custom cakes in buttercream! And, I love doing graduation theme items, it's such a fun time of year!
