I met Taka-san in Kōyasan last November. He is a master massage therapist, and I was fortunate to experience his work during my stay there.

A week later, we met again in Tokyo. He shared a song he was working on — a quiet dialogue with his younger self. I made some sketches.

A month passed.
The song is finished.

Last June I met @mei_ichinose through a good friend in Kyoto, in August we had coffee in New York and chatted about some image making ideas. In November I was in Kyoto again and we took some photos together . Very organically a collaboration happened, thank you @mei_ichinose for the good times and creative sparkles and trust. Feels so rewarding to be behind the camera again.

First of many more to come ✨

2025 was a year so full that I couldn’t believe it was my life.
