🚨 URGENT: Help Save Climb Nittany! 🚨

Our beloved local climbing gym is scheduled to close on May 31st, but we have a highly time-sensitive, 1-2 week window to save it.

The landlord has a buyer who intends to repurpose the building, but the contract isn't signed yet. We are looking for a miracle: an investor or group of investors to step in and buy the gym as a fully operational, turnkey business (including the land, building, and all equipment).

💰 The Investment Opportunity: • $1.9M for sole acquisition of the turnkey business. • OR an investment syndicate of community-minded individuals willing to commit to the cause. (At this $1.9M valuation, the facility is unburdened by its previous inflated lease and is positioned to be a profitable enterprise!)

🧗‍♀️ Why it matters: Climb Nittany is an inclusive "third space" for Centre County area residents of all ages. If we lose this gym, our community is left with a massive void. 

⏱️ The clock is ticking. We need a Letter of Intent (LOI) in the next week or two.

5/4-5/7: CLIMBING CLOSURE

ATTENTION: Frank Curto Park will be temporarily CLOSED TO CLIMBING from Monday, May 4 through Thursday, May 7. Allegheny Goatscape will be bringing their friendly goats to help trim back the brush along the steep hillside below the belay area. The entrance to the climbing area will be blocked off and fencing will be placed to contain the goats. This is the start to a multi-phase process to restore the hillside’s ecology with native plants. Thank you, Allegheny Goatscape! @alleghenygoatscape
